- Revenue and margin responsibility, active pipeline management
- Identify opportunities, develop markets
- Build and develop relationships with key decision makers
- Provide accurate reporting on pipeline and account activity
- Creation and execution of lead generation campaigns
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year institution
- 3+ years of successful enterprise sales experience with B2B companies
- Comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders to orchestrate customer solution
- Proven success building a book of business primarily from new customer growth
- Prior experience in staffing and/or recruiting is important for success
